Steven Soderberg (Ocean 11) is preparing his next film project! It’s a spy thriller titled Black backpack AND Cate Blanchett AND Michael Fassbender they are attached to star in it. Soderberg will direct the film from a screenplay written by David Keopp (Jurassic Park, Mission: Impossible).
Soderberg and Keopp recently collaborated on the thriller Presence, which recently premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. As you may have guessed, there are no details to share regarding the story, but this is a strong creative team that is sure to make a strong film.
The plan is to shoot the film in May in London, but for now they are still looking for financing and distribution.
