Here’s a fun casting update for the upcoming film Tron: Aresthe third Disney film Tron franchising. X files star Gillian Anderson he joined the project, which is really cool! There is no information on who she will play, but I hope she can play a cool and badass character!
The film is now directed by Joachim Rønning (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, Kon Tiki) AND Jared Leto is set to Star. The rest of the cast includes Cameron Monaghan (Star Wars Jedi), Evan Peters (WandaVision), Greta Lee, AND Jodie Turner-Smith (Without remorse). Anderson makes a great addition to the cast.
The story of this film will focus on the emergence of a sentient program that somehow enters the human world. Leto will take on the role of Ares, which is the manifestation of the Tron program. Leto is said to play a video game programmer and tech CEO in what is described as the lead role.
Tron Creator Steven Lisberger he is also involved in the film’s development as a consultant and stated: “The Tron the team is at work. I’m always at work. It will happen. My goal with these things in playing the role of Obi-Wan is to say the one sentence that has impact. I try to say something that is useful to them without ending up forgotten.”
The film’s screenplay comes from Jesse Wigutow AND Jack Thorne wrote the screenplay, while Emma Ludbrook, Jeffrey Springer, and Leto are producing, with Russell Allen serving as executive producer.Salt trail.
