Rocksteady Studios has released the launch trailer for the next highly anticipated DC game Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. We’ve seen so much marketing for this game over the years that it seems like it should have been released already, but it’s not scheduled to be released until February. Regardless, it looks like it will provide some fun times!
The new trailer offers new footage of some of the wildest gameplay action and shows Deadshot taking on Green Lantern and Captain Boomerang taking on The Flash. We also see the rest of the team fighting Brainiac’s henchmen, along with shots of Batman and Superman.
The game “sheds light on the origins of Amanda Waller’s infamous Task Force League. Featuring an original storyline set in a vast open-world metropolis, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League puts the four DC supervillains on a collision course with an invading alien force and the DC superheroes who are now focused on destroying the city. they once swore to protect. Meanwhile, the team must be aware of the lethal explosives implanted in their heads that could detonate at the first sign of defiance.
The game will release for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on February 2, 2024. It is available for pre-order now.
