A couple of new photos have been released Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey 2, offering a new little preview of what the sequel will hold. One of the images features the killer bear Pooh and the other features Christopher Robin.
Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 will also feature characters like Piglet and Owl. It’s explained that the sequel will have “a bigger budget, more kills and even an Olivier Award-winning and BAFTA-nominated star in the form of Simone Callow (Four weddings and a funeral).”
Writer and director Rhys Frake-Waterfield he previously spoke about the film saying: “Bigger and Badder. The sequel will feature new creature designs, a new cast, and a high body count. However, this time Pooh and his friends will leave the Hundred Acre Wood to fight in the quiet community of Ashdown!”
Producer Scott Jeffrey added: “For our sequel we have a substantially higher budget, so Rhys is truly capable of creating a shocking, explosive and blood-filled film. I really think people will really appreciate what we’re creating.
Also includes the cast of Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 Tallulah Evans, Scott Chambers (Doctor Jekill) in the role of Christopher Robin, Ryan Olivia (House of Condiments) as Winnie-the-Pooh and Peter DeSouza-Feighoney (The Pope’s exorcist) as young Pooh.
The film’s screenplay was written by Matt Leslie (Summer of ’84).
