My favorite memory of Tom Wilkinson…

When we finished The Exorcism of Emily Rose, I wanted to say goodbye. As I went to hug him, he turned to the side and put an arm around my shoulder.

I said, “Well, that’s a British hug if I ever had one…”

For me as an actor it’s all about whether I believe what they say and I’ve never heard a word come out of TOM WILKINSON’s mouth that I didn’t 100% believe.

He was an actor of superlatives.
