Konami has launched a new structural deck for Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card game earlier this month and it’s pretty amazing. Structure Deck: Fire King brings some new cards for the Fire King archetype, including Holy Fire King Garunix, Garunix Eternity, Hyang of the Fire Kings, and Legendary Fire King Ponix. Duelists are really enjoying this deck and it could be the latest in structured decks where three copies can give you a semi-competitive deck. Damn, Kevin Nephthys Semlali made it to the Top 16 of YCS Bologna with Fire Kings with many of the cards available in this structured deck.
What you really need King of fire at the next level however there are some reprints. Infinite impermanence is amazing and solemn judgment is good in a pinch. Then add Droll & Lock Bird and Alpha, the Beast Lord which really add value to the Structure Deck. Overall, I think this is a great structured deck to make a budget-friendly first deck if you’re just getting started Yu-Gi-Oh!, or return to it. Buy three and then as your budget grows you can build the deck more.
