A new featurette from Paramount’s new take on MEAN GIRLS introduces fans to the cast

Paramount has released a new featurette that takes fans behind the scenes Tina FeyThe new musical comedy from , interprets the cult classic Bad Girls. We’ll meet the cast of the film and see some of the faces of the people who created it.

The film is the protagonist Angourie rice as Cady Heron, Renee Rep as Regina George, Auli’i Cravalho like Janis, Jaquel Spivey in the role of Damiano, Jenna Fisher in the role of Mrs. Heron, Philipps busy as Mrs. George, Avantika in the role of Karen, Mahi Alam as Kevin, Christopher Briney as Aaron Samuels, Bebe Wood as Gretchen Wieners, Ashley Park in the role of Madame Park, Connor Ratliff in the role of Mr. Rapp, Tim Prati as Ron Duvall, and Jon Hamm as Coach Carr.

The film’s synopsis reads:

“New student Cady Heron is welcomed to the top of the social food chain by the elite group of popular girls called ‘The Plastics,’ ruled by the conniving queen bee Regina George and her minions Gretchen and Karen. However, when Cady makes the serious misstep of falling for Regina’s ex-boyfriend, Aaron Samuels, she finds herself in Regina’s sights. As Cady sets out to defeat the group’s top predator with the help of her outcast friends Janis and Damian, she must learn to stay true to herself as she navigates the most unforgiving jungle of all: high school.
