Netflix announced The unique piecea new anime adaptation of the anime series Eiichiro Odathe popular manga series by. The project is described as “a new anime adaptation from the iconic East Blue saga”. Netflix is obviously looking to continue to profit from the success of A piece franchise that they recently adapted as a live-action series that became a hit. They also host the current ongoing anime series.
The new series will be produced by WIT Studio, known for its work on hit anime such as SPY x FAMILY AND Attack on Titanin collaboration with Shueisha, Fuji Television Network and Toei Animation Co.
A joint statement was released by the One Piece production committee, made up of representatives from Shueisha, Fuji Television Network and Toei Animation Co., stating that The One Piece “will be distinct from the television anime series”, creating a “new movie”. a familiar yet familiar experience, using cutting-edge visual technology to reimagine Luffy’s adventures across the beloved East Blue saga.
A piece is set in a fantasy world and follows the fantastic adventures of Monkey D. Luffy and his pirate crew as they explore exotic islands and endless oceans in search of the ultimate treasure “One Piece” to become the next Pirate King. A release date has not yet been set for this project.
Netflix also announced that Oda’s manga, Monsters 103 Dragon Mercies Damn, will be adapted as an anime series. Oda created him when he was only 19 years old and this will be the first time he will be adapted. The series centers on Ryuma, a samurai trapped in a world shaken by a menacing force: a dragon capable of unleashing catastrophic destruction on the earth.
Monsters 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation is produced by E&H Production and will be released in January.
