Christopher Nolan is speaking out about rumors that suggest he is taking over the James Bond film series and directing the next chapter in the series.
In a new interview he said Oppenheimer The director finally addresses the question of whether there is any truth in the conversation that will propel him to the forefront of action films.
“None. Unfortunately these rumors are not true, but I’m very happy that the strike is over and we can all go back to work,” Nolan said in an interview with the Associated Press.
There is no schedule yet for the release of the next James Bond film, but the last actor to play the 007 agent was Daniel Craig. Craig took over the role in 2006 after Pierce Brosnan played the iconic role. Casino Royale was the first film with Craig Quantum of Solace will be released in cinemas in 2008.
