I have a trailer here for an upcoming firefighter documentary film coming from Gravitas Ventures called Line of fire. I have nothing but respect for these guys and what they do. I have a couple of friends who are firefighters and some of the stories they’ve told me are crazy, and this doc seems pretty intense.
In this documentary: “Step into the spectacle and drama of a megafire, along with a team of firefighters fighting to save everything they can while protecting each other. The documentary Fireline takes audiences into the fire scene, to hear for the first time what those who fight these fires face, especially as climate change makes megafires bigger and more frequent. It is an intimate portrait of a system at breaking point, revealing the friendship, pain, and euphoria experienced by those who go to war against this elemental force.
The film comes from director Tylor Norwood, who previously directed the Robin Williams documentary titled Robin’s wish. Gravitas Ventures will release Fireline directly to VOD starting December 5, 2023.
