Netflix has released a trailer for its upcoming documentary “How To”, How to become a mafia bossin the same series as the previous documents, How to become a tyrantAND How to Become a Cult Leader. All documents in the series were narrated by Peter Dinklage (Elf, game of Thrones). The series is developed by Citizen Jones, along with production company Estuary Films. Executive produced by Jonas Bell Pasht, Jonah Bekhor, Peter Dinklage, David GinsbergAND Jake Lauferand co-executive producer of Brad Saunders.
The synopsis reads:
In this series, narrator Peter Dinklage walks you through this darkly satirical how-to guide that explores the rise and fall of history’s most famous mob bosses, from Al Capone to Pablo Escobar, and their tactics for success. And they add: “In an era in which organized crime [still] generates over $1 trillion worldwide, when CEOs change the rules to their liking, and when our politicians increasingly act like mob bosses, we couldn’t be more excited to share how to become a mob boss. The series pulls back the curtain on the dark world of organized crime and offers a provocative and cautionary tale about the dangers of seeking power at all costs.
It looks really interesting and well made. Anyone with even the slightest interest in mafia history will undoubtedly be entertained. Netflix will debut How to become a mafia boss on November 14, 2023. Watch the trailer below:
