Rare never-before-seen footage of William Friedkin’s THE EXORICIST discovered

If you are a fan of William Friedkin’S The exorcist, I have a video here for you to watch! Passionate about documentaries and horror films Paul Davis unearthed over half an hour of never-before-seen footage from the film, featuring rare outtakes and deleted footage. This video was originally posted on Halloween, then removed from YouTube, but now it’s back and we can share it!

It’s really great to watch and includes commentary from Davis that offers some insights into the footage being presented. Some footage includes a deleted scene where Regan and Chris MacNeil go sightseeing in Washington, DC. We also get to see behind-the-scenes footage of the chilling spider-walk scene that was initially cut from the original theatrical release.

There’s also alternate footage of Regan experiencing the first of her possession symptoms, the Pazuzu trick test, which we shared previously. We also see videos of Linda Blair injuring himself while performing one of the bed stunts. The wounds she suffered from this followed her as he grew up.

This is truly a fascinating video worth watching.
