Hasbro’s new GHOSTBUSTERS HasLab project is a PKE meter and ghost trap!

Hasbro has launched a fantastic novelty ghost Buster HasLab project that will surely excite fans of the franchise! They have already successfully funded a proton pack and will now complete the ghost trapping set with an official ghost trap and PKE meter. Both of these prop replicas were made using scans of the actual props from the film and also come complete with appropriate lighting and sound effects.

The prop replicas also include modification pieces to make the ghost trap in the style of both ghost Buster OR Ghostbusters IIand the PKE meter includes an update to Ghostbusters: Afterlife style.

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Ghostbusters, we are thrilled to be able to bring you another HasLab for the first time: the second Hasbro Pulse Ghostbusters HasLab! But that is not all! In yet another first from HasLab, we are proud to announce the first supernatural elimination Twofer, collectible for adults! We were at the limit for a while, then we crossed the border and the two of us entered the garage, ready to go!

Now let’s talk seriously. For the trapping device, we’re going to have to ask you for three big ones, $300 for that, but this month we’re having a special on spectral sensing, including the hardware, so we’re going to go ahead and add the PKE Counter at no additional cost. I’ll tell you what, we’ll make you even better. We’ve been authorized by Peter Venkman to knock a penny off the price, meaning fans can finance the Ghostbusters Plasma Series PKE Meter and the terrifying Ghost Trap HasLab twofer for just $299.99! We must all be crazy!

On top of that, if 12,000 fans support the project, Hasbro will include a pack of cards for Venkman’s psychic tests, along with stickers, a blueprint, and a classic Ghostbusters patch. If there are 15,000 supporters, a Trap Belt Holster and HasLab Ghostbusters Patch will unlock. Then, with 18,000 supporters, you will also receive a PKE meter holster with a Mini-Puft Ghostbusters patch.

This crowdfunded project will run from October 27, 2023 to 11:59 pm ET on December 11, 2023 and requires 10,000 backer orders to begin production. The project is estimated to ship in late fall 2024.
