The first teaser trailer for the upcoming action thriller has been released Jackdaw, which stars Oliver Jackson Cohen (The invisible man) AND Jenna Colemann (Doctor who). The two actors also recently starred together in the Amazonian revenge thriller, Wild nature.
As for Jackdaw, The story is set over the course of a single night and follows “a struggling former motocross champion and army veteran who agrees to pick up a mysterious package in the North Sea, with disastrous consequences for himself and his brother.”
The trailer shows Jackson-Cohen preparing for his intense odyssey, a blonde-haired Coleman and a dirt bike racing across the desolate landscape. There is also an invisible voice that offers him the dangerous job.
Jackdaw marks the feature film debut of writer-director Jamie Childs, whose television credits include Disney+’s Willow, Netflix’s The Sandman and the BBC/HBO adaptation His Dark Materials. It’s also in the cast Thomas Turgoose, Allan Mustafa, Rory McCann, Vivienne Acheampong, Joe Blakemore AND Leon Harrop.
