SM. MARVEL directors say the series’ second season hinges on what happens to THE MARVELS character

Ms. Marvel debuted on Disney+ last summer and the show was advertised as a limited series, but the show’s directors have since teased a possible season 2, though we’ve never been given a firm order from Disney or Marvel. While some fans are still wondering what the future holds for the character after the upcoming film The wondersdirectors say it all depends on the film.

In a recent interview with The Playlist, Adil El Arbi AND Bilall Fallah was asked if they would return for a second season, and El Arbi explained:

“No, we’re waiting for ‘The Marvels,’ so that will decide what the next step is. So we can’t wait for that to happen. Can’t wait to see it, man. It’s great to see the trailers and see the whole family back there and Iman Vellani doing a great job, so I’m looking forward to it.

But whether or not Ms. Marvel will have a second season, it seems that El Arbi and Fallah are definitely interested in working with Marvel Studios on future projects. They also have some potential franchises they would like to take a stab at.

“Well, you know, if they ask us to go back to ‘Ms. Marvel, we love the universe, we love those characters, Iman and all the other supporting actors, so it would be an honor to come back and explore even more,” El Arbi said. “There’s a Moroccan superhero that we forgot to mention, so we can go there. And, you know, we love “Blade.” Our friend Yann Demange is doing “Blade” now. If Yann doesn’t want to do the second movie, we’re still there. And ‘Deadpool’: we’re still there for ‘Deadpool’. If there’s a fourth, we’re also in the game, so if they call us we’re good.”
