I have a crazy trailer here for you to watch for a Thai creature feature film called Crawly disturbing in the United States. It appears the film was heavily inspired by The thing, as humans can be overwhelmed by a disgusting-looking parasite-type creature and no one can tell if they have been overwhelmed. This seems like the kind of grotesque horror that will make some people gag with all the blood, gore, and gross creatures.
In Creepy Crawly, “While quarantined at a Thai hotel, guests begin disappearing with no explanation from the staff, leaving the group to wonder if there may be some truth to local urban legends about a terrifying creature said to possess its victims.”
The film was co-written and co-directed by Chalit Krileadmongkon (The beast below) AND Pakphum Wongjinda (Possessed), the stars of the film Chanya McClory (Sang Krasue 2), Pirate Nitipaisalkul that is to say Mike Angelo (The misfits), AND Benjamin Joseph Varney (friend zone).
Well Go USA will release Creepy Crawly on digital, Blu-ray and DVD on October 3, 2023.
