A trailer and poster for the BBC heist series have been released. Theybased on the true story of a 1983 Brink’s-Mat robbery in which £26m worth of gold bars, diamonds and cash (equivalent to £93.3m in 2021) were stolen from a warehouse near the Heathrow Airport, and on the widespread events that followed over the next decade.
The series is the protagonist Hugh Bonneville, Jack Lowden, Dominic Cooper, Charlotte Spencer, Emun Elliott, Tom Cullen, Stefanie MartiniAND Sean Harris. The series was created by Neil Forsyth (Bob Servant Independent, Urban myths, Guilt), and was directed by Aneil Karia AND Lawrence Gough. The series first premiered on the BBC in the UK in early 2023. Paramount+ will debut all episodes of They streamed September 17th.
