Sony Pictures has released a new trailer for the director Antonio FuquaThe highly anticipated action thriller, The Equalizer 3. Denzel Washington he’s back as Robert McCall and, as expected, finds himself on the warpath kicking ass in a community he’s grown to love.
This film is said to be the last film in the series, but the director has said that he is considering a prequel film with an aging Denzel Washington, so we’ll see.
In this film, “Since giving up his life as a government assassin, Robert McCall (Denzel Washington) has struggled to reconcile the horrible things he’s done in the past and finds a strange comfort in serving justice on behalf of the oppressed. Finding himself surprisingly comfortable in Southern Italy, she discovers that his new friends are under the thumb of local crime bosses. As events turn deadly, McCall knows what he must do: become his friends’ protector by taking on the mob.
The director previously spoke about what we can expect from the film, saying, “Hopefully, we’ll reveal a little more about Robert. Yes, I think that’s the key, to learn more about Robert McCall.
It also includes the cast of the film Dakota Fanning, Sonia Ben Ammar, Remo Girone, Andrea Dodero, Eugenio Mastrandrea, AND Andrea Scarduzio.
The equalizer 3 will be released in theaters on September 1, 2023.
