NetherRealm Studios and WB Games have released a new trailer for Mortal combat 1 which focuses on displaying both cinematic story sequences in the game and lots of bloody and violent gameplay.
It is explained that the game will “introduce a reborn Mortal Kombat universe created by the fire god Liu Kang, featuring reimagined versions of iconic characters like they’ve never been seen before, along with a new combat system, game modes, bone finishing moves krush and more.
Other characters in the game include Liu Kang, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Raiden, Kung Lao, Kitana, Mileena, Shang Tsung, Johnny Cage and more. Jean-Claude van Damme will be featured in the game as an alternative skin for the character Johnny Cage. The trailer also reveals that General Shao and Sindel will be playable characters in the highly anticipated game.
Mortal Kombat 1 will be released on September 19 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and PC. This is the twelfth installment in the Mortal Kombat series and the second reboot after Mortal Kombat in 2011.
