Lionsgate has released a trailer for a spring break coming-of-age film titled Deltopia. The film is inspired by true events involving tens of thousands of college kids who travel to Isla Vista, California for Deltopia, the ultimate street party with no rules and no borders.
The story follows “a group of recent college graduates who join the party, looking to celebrate their newfound freedom. But nothing can prepare these friends for Deltopia’s volatile mix of sex, drugs, and rebellion, as they band together for a life-changing adventure that brings exhilaration, heartbreak, and ultimately, hope.
As you might expect, their spring break fling spirals out of control! Sounds like the kind of thing I’d hate. I enjoy it, but this is definitely not my scene.
The film was written and directed by Michael Easterling AND Jaala Ruffmannand is the protagonist Biagio Moon, Madison Pettis, Charlie Gillespie, Will Pelz, Grammer GreerAND Hart Denton.
