Marvel fans especially enjoyed that Wanda Vision they can’t wait for the spin-off series Agatha: Coven of Chaos, which is headed to Disney+. The show will follow the character of Agatha Harkness, played by Kathryn Hahn in WandaVision, and is joined by co-stars Aubrey Plaza, Sasheer ZamataAND Patti LuPone.

The series has now been filmed and while we await his arrival, Aubrey Plaza talked a bit about what it was like making the series, without spoilers of course. Plaza told The Hollywood Reporter’s Awards Chatter Podcast:

“Coven of Chaos was so fun. I really wanted to work with Kathryn Hahn, I think she’s amazing. And without saying anything, I had a lot of fun. I loved my character in that too, and I think it’s the most elevated Marvel material that’s out there. So, it was nice to get into that world with those particular people.

Hahn said about returning to play Agatha:

“I love her so much. I love a witch. I feel like this is exactly the part I should be playing at this stage in my life, and I have to tell you, we have the hottest coven on the planet in this show. I’m very excited for all of you to see this coven.”

It is not yet known if Elizabeth OlsenWanda will return to play Scarlet Witch in the series, but fans are hopeful. Olsen previously spoke to Variety about her hopes for her character, saying:

“Wanda is heading towards hopefully some sort of redemption. I don’t think any of these characters have ever truly disappeared. Most importantly bring in the Multiverse to multiply all of our bodies and other universes. Something playing Wanda has taught me how many years it’s how many things and opportunities you can do with a character. In a way, being with a character for so long breaks a feeling of limitation and keeps changing the narrative of how this character is used to tell a story. That kind of opens up the way you think about how we can approach character and storytelling in hopefully inspiring ways.”

Agatha: Coven of Chaos doesn’t have a release date on Disney+ yet, but stay tuned and we’ll keep you posted.
