Marvel Studios has released the trailer for the upcoming Disney+ documentary Stan Leewhich of course focuses on Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee and his legacy, which lives on.
This document was directed by David Gelb and was made to celebrate his 100th birthday, which would have taken place on December 28, 2022. When the document was first announced, it came with the caption: “100 years of dreams. 100 years of creation. 100 years of Stan Lee.
The film “weaves together these footage to tell the story of Lee’s life, both successes and pitfalls. The voice recordings are accompanied by archived interview clips, newsreels, and even clay models that immerse fans inside his incredible yet complicated mind. Some of the writer’s closest colleagues, such as Flo Steinbergthey also provide their voices to this gripping film, which offers an intimate look at arguably the most influential comic book publisher of all time.
The doc will include footage and recordings of him speaking about his life and career that have never been seen by the public until now.
It sounds like a wonderful documentary that will delve into the kind of person Stan Lee was and what his goals were for the comic stories he created. He has left a beautiful legacy!
Disney+ will come out Stan Lee on June 16, 2023.
