Harrison Ford talks ‘Tough Schedule’ filming CAPTAIN AMERICA 4 and shares hilarious INDIANA JONES 5 stunt story

Harrison Ford he’s still a busy and in-demand actor, even at the age of 80. Ford is about to make his role as one of cinema’s greatest adventurers, Indiana Jones, in his fifth and final film in the series. The actor is also filming his MCU debut as General Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross in the film Captain America: New World Orderwhich will shoot back-to-back with the Marvel film Lightningboth due out next year.

But what’s even more impressive about Ford shooting all these action-packed movies, is the fact that he still did most of his own stunts! He opened up about his arduous Marvel schedule in a recent interview with Esquire, saying:

“There are hard days and easy days and fun days and all kinds of days. It’s a tough program and, yes, it’s fun. But it’s no walk in the park. It’s not funny funny. And I work.

He also had a story about Indy stunts and he told this funny story:

“I thought, what the f**k? Like I’ve been attacked by gropers. I look down and there are three stuntmen making sure I don’t fall off the stirrup. They said, Oh, we were just scared because we thought, you know, and bah bah bah bah. And I said, leave me alone, fuck, I’m an old man. Leave me alone, I’m an old man getting off my horse and… I want it to look like this!”

It’s pretty funny. I like that he always says exactly what he thinks. Always create a good narrative. Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny hits theaters June 30.
