Arnold Schwarzenegger seems to have a lot going on these days which is great! It’s fun to see him back in action, and he currently has a great action series on Netflix right now titled Fubarwhich was so much fun to watch!
During a recent interview with Men’s Health, Schwarzenegger was asked about the possibility of joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and it’s something he’s very open to… “If the role is right!”
So this begs the question, what kind of role could Schwarzenegger take on in the MCU, what character from the Marvel universe would he fit? There really aren’t any old buff characters that I can recall, so if he does join, it will most likely be a new character that would fit his iconic persona of him.
It could also appear as an older multiversal variant of a popular MCU character. Schwarzenegger’s real-life son-in-law is Chris Pratt, so it would be pretty fun to see him appear as a version of Star-Lord from the Multiverse.
Marvel really could do whatever they want with him…if they ever ask him to join the party. Marvel Studios has a history of casting legendary actors in the movies they make, and the addition of Schwarzenegger could be great! They already have Sylvester Stallone in there!
