Sony Pictures has released a new red band trailer for Jennifer LawrenceThe upcoming raunchy comedy by Without hard feelings. The story follows a troubled young woman who responds to a Craigslist ad to help two parents free their sheltered son from her shell by “dating” her son’s brain. All for a Buick Regal.
On the verge of losing her childhood home, “Maddie (Lawrence) discovers an intriguing job posting: Wealthy helicopter parents are looking for someone to ‘date’ their introverted 19-year-old son, Percy, before he leaves for college. To her surprise, Maddie soon discovers that clumsy Percy isn’t a sure thing.
Maddie’s goal is not as easy as it seems because Percy ends up being a very difficult challenge. But, if you follow the formula for this type of movie, Maddie will eventually start to really fall for Percy and love him for who he is. It looks like a funny movie that will provide some good laughs.
The film comes from the director Gene Stupnitsky (Good Boys), and also acts Andrea Feldmann, Laura Benanti, Natalie MoralesAND Matthew Broderick.
Without hard feelings hits theaters June 23.
