Gabriel Lowthe Netflix star The night agentjoins the growing cast of Clint Eastwood’s upcoming film project Juror #2. He joins the previous cast Nicholas Hoult, Zoey Deutch, Kiefer Sutherland, AND Tony Colletta.
The story centers on a family man named Justin Kemp who, “while serving as a juror in a high-profile murder trial, finds himself grappling with a serious moral dilemma…one he could use to influence the verdict.” of the jury and potentially convict or free – the wrong killer.
Basso will play the man on trial. Hoult will take on the lead role of the juror, while Collette will play the district attorney. Sutherland will play Hoult’s sponsor at Alcoholics Anonymous, and Deutch will play Hoult’s wife.
Jonathan Abrams wrote the screenplay and is Eastwood’s 40th film. The project is being billed as his final film, but we’ll just have to wait and see if that’s the case. As long as Eastwood is alive, I think he will continue to make films.
Basso also plays the lead villain in the reboot of Foreigners, which will be released as three theatrical films through Lionsgate. He is also set to star in the action thriller Trigger Warning alongside Jessica Alba for Netflix.
