Zack Snyder Reveals JUSTICE LEAGUE 2 Would Show The Other Side Of The Flash Cameo In BATMAN V SUPERMAN

During a recent SnyderCon Q&A session, director Zack Snyder shared an interesting detail about her undoing Justice League sequel and part of the storyline that he would play with. He shared that he was going to show us the other side of The Flash cameo Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. I’ve included that scene from the movie for you to watch below.

When specifically asked about it, Snyder responded with “Absolutely” and continued to talk about his plan, saying, “The idea was that in whatever Justice League she was going to be… Justice League 2I guess…there was a scene where…Flash was preparing to go back in time, and the idea was that…Bruce told him there were two possible windows where he could go back in time .

Snyder continued, saying, “And Bruce said, ‘Well, which one would you have gone through if you hadn’t said anything?’ And he [Flash] said, ‘We were going to go through this,’ and he [Batman] he said, ‘Don’t go through that! Because you went through it and it didn’t work… So go through the other one.’ So you would have seen it. Then he would go at the right time.

The Flash cameo showed the speedster reaching through time in a dream sequence to warn Bruce Wayne that “Lois Lane held the key.” Ultimately, The Flash arrived too soon to warn Batman and that Bruce was right about Superman.

It would certainly have been interesting to see Snyder get around to making his own Justice League sequel. It’s a shame how that all went down with the studio.
