The reviews for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 they are in and for the most part, most people who have seen it so far have loved it! I personally think it’s one of the best Marvel movies ever made! I love these characters and the Guardians franchise so much and this movie wrapped up the story in a great and exciting way.

The story puts emphasis on Rocket Raccoon’s past, and that background story tugs at the heart strings in a variety of different ways. You see, Rocket has been transformed into what he is by the movie villain, The High Evolutionary, who is played Chukwudi Iwujiand it was torture for him.
All of this is teased in the film’s trailer, and there are other animals involved in The High Evolutionary’s experiments. I won’t go into details, but if you don’t like seeing animals get hurt, there are some scenes that you will find hard to watch in this Marvel movie.
Iwuji, who is an animal lover, recently talked about what it was like for him to shoot these animal cruelty scenes. It wasn’t that hard for him at first because he was working with humans on set, but then when he saw the actual footage, the thought entered his head that he was “going to hell.” During an interview with CB, the actor explained:
“What was helpful is that I was working a lot with Sean Gunn rather than any animals, so I was interacting with another actor, but I have to say the first time I saw him — I was doing an ADR or something and I saw a scene with Rocket’s eyes, I literally saw my dog’s eyes… I saw his face, and I was like “I’m going to hell” when I saw that. It really helped me when I was dealing with animals, I actually didn’t have to deal with any animals, because that way it would have been much more difficult”.
He went on to say that his agent had a hard time talking to him after seeing the footage, saying:
“My agent couldn’t talk to me properly for like two days after a screening. He went home and hugged his dog, and he said, ‘I don’t know how I can talk to you.'”
So be prepared for all of that when you see the movie. If you are an animal lover, it will be tough at times. So outside of the animals, it’s still a super exciting movie, but it’s still a lot of fun!
In the next chapter of the story, “Our beloved band of misfits are settling down on Knowhere, but it’s not long before their lives are upended by echoes of Rocket’s turbulent past. Peter Quill, still reeling from the loss of Gamora, must rallying his team around him on a perilous mission to save Rocket’s life, a mission which, if not successfully completed, could spell the end of the Guardians as we know them.”
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 stars Chris Pratt like Star-Lord, Zoe Saldana like Gamora, Dave Bautista like Drax, Karen Gillan like Nebula, Sean Gunn as Kraglin/Rocket on set, Afternoon Clementeff like mantis, Bradley Cooper such as Rocket, and Vin Diesel like Groot. There are also new additions to the cast Will Poult such as Adam Warlock e Chukwudi Iwuji such as the High Evolutionary as well as Daniela Melchior, Nico SantoAND Borat next movie‘S Maria Bakalova like Cosmo the space dog.
Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will be released in US theaters on May 5.
