A new trailer for the motivational film has been released, Ordinary angelsbased on a true story, starring Hilary Swank as Sharon Steves, with Alan Ritchson, Nancy Travis, Tamala JonesAND Amy Ackermore Skywalker Hughes AND Emily Mitchell. The film is directed by Jon Gunn (Streets of Mercy, Do you believe?), based on the script written by Kelly Fremon Craig (Post Grad, The Edge of Seventeen, Are You There God? It’s me, Margaret) AND Meg Tilli.

Here is the synopsis:
Based on an extraordinary true story, Ordinary Angels centers on Sharon Steves (Hilary Swank), a fierce but struggling hairdresser in a small Kentucky town who discovers a renewed sense of purpose when she meets Ed Schmitt (Alan Ritchson), a widower who he works hard to make ends meet for his two daughters. With her youngest daughter awaiting a liver transplant, Sharon decides to help the family and will move mountains to do so. What unfolds is the inspiring story of faith, daily miracles, and ordinary angels.
It looks cute and very cheesy. There is a market for this type of film as many people like inspirational films. I usually don’t feel like shelling out money to pay for a movie like this. Check out the trailer below and see Ordinary angels in cinemas worldwide on October 13.
