Amazon has renewed Bosch: Legacy for a third season through its Freevee service before the show’s second season premiere. As a fan of Bosch franchise, I’m so happy to see the character’s story continue for another season!

Bosch: Legacy follows the events of the first series of Bosch and the show is based on the novels written by Michael Connelli. Titus Welliver he stars in the series and he’s great as this character, Harry Bosch!
Lauren Anderson, head of AVOD Originals, unscripted and focused programming at Amazon Studios, said in a statement, “Harry Bosch’s story has evolved over the years and his journey is far from over. This renewal of Bosch: Legacy it is a testament to the enduring power of the world built by Michael Connelly. We can’t wait to bring the Bosch fandom the next chapter of these beloved characters.”
Connelly added, “What a gift and a joy it is to be able to delve into these characters again and take their stories even further. Ten years ago, we started this amazing journey, partnering with Prime Video and now Amazon Freevee, and I couldn’t be happier with what we’ve done and what we will do.”
New cast members have also been announced for the upcoming season 2 with David Denmann as Kurt Dockweiler, Patrick Brennan as David Foster, Raffaele Cabrera as Vince Harrick, Bruce Davison as James Rafferty, Jessica Camacho as Jade Quinn, and Guy Wilson as Det. Kevin Long.
Bosch: Legacy follows Harry Bosch, “a retired homicide detective turned private investigator, as he embarks on the next chapter of his career; attorney Honey “Money” Chandler (Mimi Rogers), who struggles to keep her faith in the justice system after surviving an attempted murder; and Maddie Bosch (Madison Lintz), as she discovers the possibilities and challenges of being a rookie cop on the streets of Los Angeles.
The cast also includes Jamie Hector, Stephen A. Chang, Denise Sanchez, David Moses, Cynthia Kaye McWilliams, Scott Klace, Gregory Scott Cummins, Troy Evans, Jacqueline Pinol, Jacqueline Obradors, DaJuan JohnsonAND David Marciano.
Bosch: Legacy was developed by Connelly, Thomas BernardAND Eric Overmyerwho are all executive producers alongside Welliver, Henrik BastinAND Peter Jan Bruges.
