Adam Brody (The OC, Shazam!) has joined the cast of an untitled Netflix comedy of Erin Foster AND Steven Levitan. He will act alongside Kristen Bell (Forget Sarah Marshall, Veronica Mars), which was previously announced.

The untitled series was ordered from the streamer in March. It centers on “the unlikely relationship between outspoken and agnostic Joanne (Bell) and unconventional rabbi Noah (Brody).”
The character Noah is further described as “a handsome rabbi who is stuck in his own ways and used to playing it safe. He begins to stumble when he meets a brutally honest and defiant Joanne, totally upsetting his secure life plan for her.
Erin Foster created the Netflix series and serves as executive producer. Bell also serves as an executive producer in addition to acting. Steven Levitan executive producer through Steven Levitan Productions (SLP).
I really like both of these actors, and this sounds like a fun premise, so I can’t wait to check it out. Stay tuned for more details.
