Antonio Fuqua previously spoke about what we can expect from the film, saying, “We hope to reveal a little more about Robert. Yes, I think that’s the key to learning more about Robert McCall. We’re shooting it in Italy, so that would be fun. Now let’s go reconnaissance. Sardinia probably shows up somewhere on the Amalfi Coast. Also, trying to find villages, seaside villages, things like that, and then we’ll be in Sicily and Naples”.
Dakota Fanning (I’m Sam, The secret life of bees, The alienist) also stars in the film alongside Washington.
The equalizer 3 will be released in theaters on September 1, 2023.
