This summer will offer comic fans the chance to revisit Wonderland in a new version Alice Never After. Written by Dan Panosian (A rudeness of crows) and illustrated by George Spalletta (Magic), this series explores a twisted version of Alice in Wonderland where Alice has permanently moved to Wonderland, but her sister and her friend will look for a way to bring her back. This could be a lot of fun.

Alice finally got her wish. Wonderland has become her new home, but with her attacker’s avatar with the eerie smile turning the mad inhabitants of an enchanted world against her, she seeks some rationality in the chaos.
As Alice’s sister Edith and her childhood friend Earl fight to find a way to bring her back, Alice must figure out whether or not her torment is due to her father, herself, or perhaps a curious combination of both…
Speaking about the series, Panosian said:
Following Alice down the rabbit hole is one thing, but getting out of it is harder than it sounds! Ask Alice—she’s stuck there—PERMANENTLY! Join me, Giorgio and Francesco on a little trip to Wonderland… she Bring some tea, we’ll take care of the mushrooms and the craziness!
Spalletta added:
Dan pushed me down the rabbit hole again! It’s good to get lost in Wonderland again, I think I’ll stay there.
You will be able to revisit Wonderland with Alice Never After #1 this July at your favorite comic shops. The main cover is by Panosian with variations available from Frisian Jenny AND InHyuk Lee.
