Here’s some exciting casting news! Keanu Reeves (John Wick) AND Seth Rogen (The Green Hornet) will star in the upcoming film Happy Futurewhich will mark the directorial debut of Aziz Ansari. The comedian will also write and star in the film, which is set at Lionsgate.

There are no story details, but I never thought I’d see Seth Rogen and Keanu Reeves star in a movie together! It should be interesting.
President of Lionsgate Film Group Joe Drake he said in a statement: “We really found luck with this film. We love the script and strongly believe in Aziz both as a performer and as a director. And when you add Seth and Keanu – two incredible world-class talents – alongside Aziz, this has the potential to be a very special film for us. We moved quickly to make this project once it was available.
About a year ago, Ansari was supposed to direct a film titled To be mortal with Bill Murray AND Seth Rogen, but that project ended up shutting down after a lawsuit was filed against Murray. It must have sucked for Ansari to close that project, but it’s good to see that he has another one up and running and that it has an amazing cast!
