This was announced by Free League Publishing The Lord of the Rings RPG will launch on May 9. This is the 5E edition of The one ring RPG and will allow you to play in Middle-earth with your tabletop RPG party. The 236-page book will have everything you need to create your own Middle-earth adventures. There are six original heroic cultures of Eriador, six new classes, terrifying enemies, and comprehensive rules for adventures and magic.

The year is 2965 of the Third Age and the Shadow is returning. Rumors of strange things happening beyond the borders of civilized lands are spreading and sometimes reaching the ears of individuals who recognize the sinister truth they hide. Furthermore, Shire Adventures is a 104-page supplementary companion book. Inside you’ll find the famous Shire described in great detail, five short adventures and seven pre-generated characters including Baggins, Tooks and Brandybucks. Those who are familiar with The one ring RPG you will find that it is an adaptation of the Starter Set. Finally, a Loremaster’s Screen is also available for The Lord of the Rings RPG. This will include a compendium on Rivendell which has a map of the valley and the floor plan of the house.
The Lord of the Rings RPG was designed by Francis Nepitello AND MarcoMaggi and will allow even more players to experience adventures set in the world created by JRR Tolkin.
