DEADPOOL 3 will bring back Morena Baccarin and Stefan Kapicic as Vanessa and Colossus

The cast for Deadpool 3 is starting to reunite, and two more actors from the previous films will return for the next chapter in the Deadpool story. Morena Baccarin AND Stefan Kapicic have confirmed to reprise their roles of Vanessa and Colossus!

They merge Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool, Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, Emma Corrin like the bad guy, Matthew Macfadyen in an unknown role, Karan Soni as Dopinder, e Leslie Uggams in the role of Al blind.

Shawn Levi is directing the film and will take Wolverine and Deadpool on a wild ride in the MCU. I love that all these characters are being brought into the MCU! Jackman previously teased the film and explained that Wolverine hates Deadpool:

“How do I classify it? Ten is very close, zero is reality, we are zero, we are opposites, we hate each other. I’m just talking from my point of view, [Logan’s] frustrated with him, wants to be a million miles away from him or wants to punch him in the head. Unfortunately, she can’t be a million miles away from him in this movie, so I’m probably going to be punching him in the head a lot.

Speaking of the film’s tone, Reynolds said it will be a “tightrope walk,” but believes the crazy blend of these two personalities will make for a great film.

The director previously teased the film’s violence and vulgarity, saying, “We’re writing, rewriting, developing, preparing Dead Pool every day now. It’s so much fun to laugh every day. It’s so delightful to listen to, write and invent these scenes where people speak badly. And the violence is in your face and hardcore, and it really is a Dead Pool movie.”

There was a plot for Deadpool 3 which Reynolds has already shared that involved Deadpool and Wolverine in a Rashmonstory of a road trip in style.

Deadpool 3 is scheduled for November 8, 2024.
