Sony Pictures has released a sweet new teaser trailer for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse! It features some thrilling action-packed cutscenes where Mile Morales finds himself facing loads of other variants of Spider-Man. This is just a small taste of 15 seconds that has been released to prepare you for the full trailer, which will be released tomorrow!

The film teaser shows hundreds of Spider-People in action as one character warns Miles Morales (Shameik Moore), “You can’t run forever, boy!” The clip also shows a short clip of a horde of Spider-People including Peter B. Parker, Spider-Woman and Ghost Spider.
The film follows Miles Morales as the friendly Brooklyn neighborhood Spider-Man, “immersed in the multiverse where he joins forces with Gwen Stacy and a new team of Spider-folk to take on a villain more powerful than anything they’ve ever encountered.” .
After reuniting with Gwen Stacy, “the friendly Brooklyn neighborhood Spider-Man is catapulted across the Multiverse, where he meets a team of Spider-People charged with protecting his very existence. But when the heroes clash over how to handle a new threat, Miles finds himself pitted against the other Spiders and must redefine what it means to be a hero so he can save the people he loves most.
When talking about the film during a previous interview with the producer Chris Miller he explained: “Our contract with the public is to bring them something they’ve never seen before. The first film was about taking the characters to Miles’ dimension. It’s about Miles heading towards the others.
The film will consist of 240 characters, and the cast also includes Hailee Steinfeld like Gwen, Brian Tiree Henry as Miles’ father, Jefferson Davis; Luna Lauren Velez as Miles’ mom, Rio Morales; Issa Rae as Jessica Drew, aka Spider-Woman; Jorma Taccone as Vulture; Rachel Dratch; Shea Whigham; Greta Lee; ANDJason Schwartzmann like Blur.
There are also multiple universes explored including Gwen’s Earth-65, with its signature watercolor palette; India-inspired Mumbattan; Nueva York, the home of Oscar Isaacof Spider-Man 2099, aka Miguel O’Hara; the punk New London, inhabited by Daniel Kaluyaby Hobart “Hobie” Brown, aka Spider-Punk; and then there is a secret fifth dimension that is kept well hidden for now.
Writer and producer Phil Lord promises , “It’s hard” and “The graphics will blow your mind.” Mile Morales voice actor Shameik Moore he continued teasing, “I will say this story trumps the first. If last time the sky was the limit, now the sky is the floor. We step on it and look at Jupiter!”
The film is directed and produced by Justin K Thompson, Joaquim Dos SantosAND Kemp Powers. Avi Arad, Amy Pascal, Phil Lord, Chris Miller AND Christine Steinberg they are also producing. Lord and Miller will also be credited as screenwriters on the film, along with David Callaham.
The film will be released on June 2, 2023! There is also a third installment, Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Versealready dated March 29, 2024.
