We learned a couple of years ago that Adult Swim would be producing a movie for The Venture Bros. There hasn’t been much information about that project since it was announced, but suddenly a report pops up saying the film has been completed!

The film is currently being screened for the creative team and others involved in its production. The Venture Bros. has been very successful and recently celebrated its 20th anniversary with Adult Swim.
I’m just happy that we’ll finally see the series get a proper ending that will close out the story arcs of these amazing and fun characters.
The news of the film’s completion comes from Nico Colaleo, who was involved in the production of The Venture Bros. film at the Titmouse studio. He shared on Twitter: “I’ve been a fan of Venture Bros for 20 years, and I’ve waited almost 5 years since the last new episode… then the cancellation… and now I’m at Titmouse to see a screening of the finished movie ending and I’m so happy .
Adult Swim has yet to offer an official update on the Venture Bros. movie release date, but this is the information that has been shared: “Doc’s latest invention will either bankrupt the Ventures or launch them to new heights, while Hank searches for himself, Dean searches for Hank, The Monarch searches for answers, and a mysterious woman from their past threatens to bring their entire world down on them. The Venture Bros. is created, written and executive produced by Jackson Publick and Doc Hammer.”
