Samuel L. Jackson and Vincent Cassel direct the action thriller Damaged, which is filmed in Scotland

EXCLUSIVE: Screen greats Samuel L. Jackson and Vincent Cassel are set to star in an action thriller Damageabout a Chicago detective who goes to Scotland after an aspiring serial killer’s crimes match those he investigated five years earlier, including his murdered girlfriend’s crime scene.

Supporting actors are Kate Dickie (The witch), Gianni Capaldi (A day to die) and John Hannah (The Mummy) directed by Terry McDonagh, whose credits include episodes kill Eve, You better call Saul And break bad. Production is currently underway.

Red Sea Media and BondIt Media Capital will finance the sale with Red Sea. Producers are Red Sea’s Paul Aniello and Roman Kopelevich. BondIt’s Luke Taylor and Matthew Helderman are executive producers, along with Marcie Sinaiko and Roman Viaris.

Scottish sports streaming company Stream Digital, which recently entered the film world with its Livingston studios, teamed up with Red Sea Media and Bondit Media Capital to make the film.
