Over the weekend at WonderCon, a new trailer for the fantasy action film was released Knights of the Zodiac, which is a live-action adaptation of the 1986 manga, and it’s really cool! It looks like it’s going to be an incredibly fun movie, full of great and evil imagery. I’m actually really excited about this movie!

The film was directed by The witcher Tomasz Baginskiand has a great cast which includes Madison Iseman, Mackenyu, Famke Janssen, Marco DacascoAND Sean Bean.
The best-selling fantasy manga series incorporates aspects of Greek mythology into its story, and in it, the Greek goddess Athena is locked in an age-old war with other members of her family, all of whom are trying to take over the planet. Athena ends up reincarnated in the body of a young girl named Sienna.
In the film: “Seiya (Mackenyu), a stubborn street teenager, spends his time fighting for money while looking for his kidnapped sister. When one of his combatants unknowingly taps into mystical powers he never knew he had, Seiya finds himself thrust into a world of warring saints, ancient magical training, and a reincarnated goddess who needs his protection. If he is to survive, he will have to embrace his destiny and sacrifice everything to take his rightful place among the Knights of the Zodiac.
Knights of the Zodiac will be released in theaters on May 12.
