Vladimir Duthiers named host of CBS Mornings

Vladimir Duthiers was appointed as main host CBS in the morninggiving it more prominence in the network’s AM broadcast.

Duthiers also continues to anchor CBS news live on the CBS News Streaming Network.

In a message to employees, Neeraj Khemlani, president and co-head of CBS News & Stations, said Duthiers will “tell more business, arts and culture stories” and be more frequent on the morning show’s Talk of the Table segments.

“Vlad is featured on virtually all of our apps and platforms,” ​​Khemlani wrote. “He excelled in every assignment and pioneered streaming.”

CBS’ morning show has been revamped for 2021, with a new name and set, and the addition of Nate Burleson as host, along with Gayle King and Tony Dokoupil.

Duthiers joined the network in 2014.
