‘Daredevil: Born Again’: Jon Bernthal returns as Punisher in the series for Disney +

Little by little the details of ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ are discovered, the Disney+ series that restarts the story of Matt Murdock, already far from the three seasons under the Netflix label. The hero takes the official step into the Marvel Cinematic Universe history that changes, but you don’t interpret: Jon Bernthal, actor who plays the Punisher, will reprise his character despite the platform switch, according to Deadline.

The first season of this new era of Daredevil will have 18 chapters in which We will not only recognize Bernthal’s character: Vincent D’Onofrio also returns as the Kingpin and of course the other repeater is, how could it be otherwise, Charlie Cox, who continues to lead the cast playing the bloodthirsty hero.

The series is about to begin filming in New York City, as announced by its protagonist, and should last until the end of 2023, almost a full year, to finally have the first season of the series on Disney+ in the spring of 2024 if all goes according to plan.

Cox, Bernthal and D’Onofrio are already established actors within the franchise, they return to a cast that also has new additions, such as Michael Gandolfini (“Beauty is fear”), Sandrine Holt (“Terminator Genesis”) and Margarita Levieva (“Future World”).
