Teaser Trailer for MRS. DAVIS About a nun on a mission to destroy a powerful AI

Peacock has shared the first teaser trailer for the upcoming series Mrs Davis. The series comes from Guardians AND Leftovers Creator Damon Lindelofand the story centers on a nun who sets out on a mission to destroy Mrs. Davis, “the most powerful artificial intelligence in the world”.

The series logline reads: “Ms. Davis is the most powerful AI in the world. Simone is the nun bent on destroying her. Who do you have?” The nun is played by Betty Gilpin.

I also have a very cool and unique press release that reads like it was written by Ms. Davis’ AI, and is written in a folksy tone. This is fun!

I’m sold! The teaser piqued my interest, I like the concept, I like the tone of the series and it looks like it’s going to be a lot of fun to watch! Damon has previously described the project as “an exploration of faith versus technology and an epic battle of biblical and binary proportions.”
