For those of you who love the Poison film that Sony Pictures develops, you’ll be happy to hear Poison 3 has started pre-production. The news came from the star of the franchise Tom Hardy on his Instagram page with a video of a test scene of a deleted scene from the first film, and the caption reads: “While working on the pre-prep of V3 @lelping @sonypictures @sony @venommovie this throwback came up #cuttingroomfloor #byetom👋🏼 #thank you.”
Kelly Marcelwriter and producer of the first two Poison movie, he’s directing Poison 3, and Hardy will reprise his role. Marcel also wrote the screenplay and will produce the film together with Hardy, Avi Arad, Matthew Tolmach, You love PascalAND Hutch Parker.
There are no plot details to share for the film, but I’m sure it will involve Venom having to save the day again when a strange new villain emerges and threatens to destroy the world. I have no interest in this film version of the character, especially after that Venom: Let There Be Carnage. I just don’t like what they did with Venom.
