The Berlin Film Festival 2023 promises to be an international showcase of cinematic excellence, with 200 films from around the world scheduled to premiere during the ten-day event, February 16-26. The festival, also known as the Berlinale, is one of the most prestigious film festivals in the world, attracting directors, actors and film enthusiasts from all over the world.

Adding to the excitement is the appointment of Kristen Stewart as president of the jury. At a press conference on Feb. 16, he expressed his excitement and apprehension about his role as president of the festival.

“I think in full transparency, I’m shaking a little,” said the Dusk confessed the star. “It’s not a burden I don’t fully understand. I’m ready, ready to be changed by every movie and changed by the people around us. I think that’s why we’re here.”

With Stewart at the helm, the festival promises to be a celebration of groundbreaking cinema, with the potential to uncover new talent and showcase bold and innovative stories. From Hollywood blockbusters to foreign arthouse films, the Berlin Film Festival 2023 is a must-attend event for any film buff.
