Tom Holland’s Spider-Man is returning to the MCU, and Kevin Feige says he has “big ideas for it.”

Tom Holland will reprise his Spider-Man role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige says they are already working on his return.

“I’m just saying we have the story,” Feige said in an interview with Weekly entertainment. “We have big ideas for it, and our writers just put pen to paper.”

Feige stopped short of revealing what the future holds for Spidey and whether it’s a new solo film or an appearance in one of the avenger movies. Holland donned the Spider-Man costume for the last time Spider-Man: No Way Home It was a huge box office hit, grossing over $1.9 billion worldwide. In the film, the hero teamed up with former Spideys, played by Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield.

In late 2021, producer Amy Pascal teased that they were working on a new one spider man Trilogy again starring Tom Holland.

“This is not the last movie we will do with Marvel – [this is not] the last Spider-Man movie,” Pascal shared fandango. “We are getting ready to make the next Spider-Man movie with Tom Holland and Marvel. We look at these as three films, and now let’s move on to the next three. This is not the last of our MCU films.”

Avengers: Secret Wars is one of the films that Marvel Studios is working on and will be released on May 1, 2026. The 12-part comic series ran in the mid-1980s and Spider-Man joins forces with other Avengers such as Captain America, Hawkeye, Captain Marvel, Hulk, Iron Man and more.
