Chris Prattthe action thriller series The list of terminals is about to have a second season! Amazon Studios has ordered the new season along with an untitled prequel series it will focus on TaylorKitschthe character of The list of terminalsBen Edwards.

It looks like Amazon is trying to make it into a big franchise, which is great! I loved the first season of the series and was hoping we could see that story continue. The prequel is just an added bonus!

The first season of The list of terminals is a revenge thriller in which James Reece returns home after his entire platoon of Navy SEALs is ambushed, only to discover new dark forces working against him and endangering those he loves. When his family is murdered, he embarks on a mission of revenge.

The prequel is described as an “elevated spy thriller that follows Ben (Kitsch)’s journey from Navy SEAL to CIA paramilitary operator, exploring the true dark side of warfare and the human cost that comes with it.”

The two shows are developed by The list of terminals creator, showrunner and executive producer David DiGilio. The show is based on the novel series by Jack Carr, and it has been reported that there are other characters who have or have not yet appeared on The Terminal List who will be featured in the prequel, “including Pratt’s Navy SEAL James Reece and Raife Hastings, a former SEAL friend of Reece’s whose potential arrival was anticipated in the first season of the mothership series.

Pratt previously hinted that more were to come, saying, “For the die-hard fans of The Terminal List out there, you have nothing to worry about. We love you and appreciate your support. It is our life’s mission to make sure you can return to the well. We are working away.

It also included the rest of the main cast from the first season of the conspiracy thriller Constance Wu, Riley Keough, Arlo Mertz AND Joan Tripplehorn.

Antonio Fuqua he is also an executive producer on the show and the producers include Max Adamsa writer who is a former Army Ranger and Pratt’s longtime trainer Jared Shaw who is a former Navy SEAL.
