Jeremy Renner shares a new photo from the hospital to thank the doctors

The Hollywood industry was only shocked in early 2023 with the news that Jeremy Renner had suffered a serious accident that left him with a leg injury. After several days in the hospital, the Hawkeye actor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe shared a photograph in which he thanks all the medical personnel who provided him with his care.

Through his Instagram account, Jeremy Renner shared a new photograph where he can be seen on the hospital stretcher, while the intensive care team is next to him, after the accident that forced him to undergo two surgeries. The ‘Hawkeye’ Disney+ actor thanked all the doctors who helped in his recovery.

In the history of the social network, Jeremy Renner thanked the members of the UCI, saying, “Thank you to the renowned UCI medical team for starting this journey.” The actor can be seen in better condition, however, the most recent update is that he is still delicate but stable, and doctors are hopeful that he will finally be able to make a 100% recovery in the coming months.

This was confirmed by the actor’s family Jeremy Renner suffered blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries, in a statement (via Comic Book). “He has returned from surgery and remains in the intensive care unit in critical but stable condition. Jeremy’s family would like to express their gratitude to the amazing doctors and nurses who care for him, Truckee Meadows Fire and Rescue, Washoe County Sheriff, City of Reno Mayor Hillary Schieve, and Carano and Murdock.”

How did Jeremy Renner get injured?

The details are still a mystery, but Washoe County held a press conference on Jan. 3 to reveal what Jeremy Renner’s crash was like: “Mr. Renner has gone to retrieve his PistenBully, or snowcat, an extremely large snow removal kit weighing at least 6 tons, in an attempt to get your vehicle moving.After successfully towing his personal vehicle from the stuck position, Mr. Renner got out of his PistenBully to talk to a member of the family.”

Sheriff Darin Balaam revealed that Renner tried to stop the snowcat, get back into the driver’s seat, and that’s when the snowplow “ran over Mr. Renner.” According to the investigations, the vehicle is equipped with various safety measures, precisely to avoid this type of accident, so the breakdown that caused the event is still being investigated.
