It is a suspense drama directed by Emin Apler, starring Selahattin Pasali, Ekin Koç, Selin Yeninci and others, about a young man who has just been assigned as a prosecutor in a small town who is willing to defend his rights by any means possible.

Not only for the viewers, but also for a large part of the specialized critics, ‘Aftersun’ is one of the best movies released in 2022. Charlotte Wells’ debut in front of the camera, starring Paul Mescal and Frankie Corio, tells the story of Sophie, a young woman who recalls a melancholic holiday spent with her father 20 years ago. Mars One
With fourth place the most voted films of 2022 by viewers Remains the Brazilian ‘Mars One’, a family drama directed by Gabriel Martins. The plot follows a lower-class black family trying to keep their sanity and hope in life, after a right-winger representing all ideals opposed to them becomes president of the country. Marcel the Shell with shoes
Produced by A24, one of the most exciting and visionary mockumentaries of recent years is ‘Marcel the Shell with Shows On’, a comedy by Dean Fleischer Camp. This stop-motion animated film follows a one-eyed seashell that can speak. This little creature lives with his grandmother and one of his tenants is a director who decides to make a documentary about his life.
Kadaisi Vivasayi
Directed by M. Manikandan, we have ‘Kadaisi Vivasayi’ which is a comedy-drama which tells the story of Maayandi, an 80-year-old farmer living in a remote village in Tamil Nadu. The old man leads a quiet life next to his fields and his animals, which he is not willing to sell, but his tranquility ends when he is accused of killing three peacocks.
All everywhere at the same time
And in first place is ‘Everything Everywhere at the Same Time’, a masterpiece by “Daniels”, which will surely be remembered for years to come. There’s nothing this A24 film doesn’t cover, from horror, comedy and fantasy to sci-fi and drama. Surely Michelle Yeoh will have a chance in this funny multiversal story in the next Oscars.
