A great new clip has been released by Disney giving fans a sneak peek at the upcoming animated series Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. In the show, “After 13-year-old super genius Lunella accidentally brings a ten-ton T-Rex, Devil Dinosaur into present-day New York City through a time vortex, the duo work together to protect the city’s Lower East Side from Danger.”

Voice cast includes Laurence Fishburnewho is pulling double duty as executive producer and as the voice of the cosmic being The Beyonder; Diamond white (The Bold and the Beautiful, The Lion Guard) as Lunella Lafayette (aka Moon Girl); Alfred Woodard (Luca Gabbia) as Lunella’s grandmother, Mimì; Free Barer (Sneaky Pete) as Lunella’s best friend and manager, Casey; Sasheer Zamata (Saturday night live) as Lunella’s mother, Adria; Jermaine Fowler (Superior donuts) as Lunella’s father, James Jr.; Federico Tatasciore (Marvel’s Avengers reunite) as the only devil dinosaur; and Gary Anthony Williams (Doc McStuffins) as Lunella’s grandfather, Pops.
This new clip from the “Run The Rink” episode of Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur features Lunella Lafayette (aka Moon Girl) who gets the chance to run the family business – the “Roll With It” skating rink on the Lower East Side – for one night, but her impatience leads her to try and tone things down , causing a disaster . To make enough money to fix everything, Lunella’s best friend, Casey, comes up with “a special appearance by Moon Girl and her 10-ton T-Rex, Devil Dinosaur”, which attracts many customers, but also some super-villains, including which Gravitas. Lunella must learn to slow things down and be patient to save her family’s beloved business and defeat Gravitas, to the tune of Childish Gambino’s “Sweatpants.”
Wonder Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur is produced by Blackish and Grown up executive producer Elena Sugland, and is slated to premiere February 10, 2023 on Disney Channel and shortly thereafter on Disney+. Check out the clip below and let us know what you think.
